The strength of the organization will be confirmed by developing leadership skills such as decision-making, identifying problems and solving them, identifying opportunities and threats, etc. And through this, the organization also has the opportunity to create new leaders.

Improved customer satisfaction.

By providing continuous training, the employee's knowledge is updated, and through this, they can provide professional service to their customers. Through this, the satisfied customer appreciates the company's service and maintains a long-term relationship with the company, thereby freeing up publicity for the business (Patterson, 2023), (Chellappa, 2023).

 .

Conclusion

Training and development are very important for employees, who are the lifeblood of an organization, to succeed in both their work and personal lives. A competent employee directly and positively influences the success of the organization.  For this, methods such as online training, case studies, seminars, and on-the-job training are used.
